Community Business Awards

The Rotary Club of Rutherglen annually presents two community awards to local residents. Community Service Award

The Community Service Award, which is awarded to a person who works in face to face contact with the community and with visitors to the town. Essentially this award goes to a staff member of a business that deals with the general public and gives them a really good feeling about Rutherglen.

The Pride of Workmanship Award is awarded to a person working more behind the scenes. It is someone who ensures their skills are honed up so they are able to undertake their job with a maximum of efficiency.
